• Crestwood Medical Center, 1st Thursday of the month at 6:00PM

FLORENCE

• Cross Point Church, 1st Monday of the month at 6:30PM

(There are support groups at most of the other hospitals in the state with bariatric programs, not yet reported to the chapter.)
